Our client is seeking a Test Lead to join the team on a 12-month initial term contract.
You will be responsible for implementing and executing Test Strategy in the delivery of your assigned initiatives and will execute the implementation of testing strategies for test planning, stakeholder management, reporting, test automation, test resource management and risk/issue management.
Role
Define, implement, and execute a Test Strategy strategic programs of work
Define and refine test strategies/plans supporting processes, methods and measures across functional and non-functional test phases
Coordinate stakeholder management, strategy, resource planning, implementation, execution, analysis and reporting for all testing engagements
Manage, develop and mentor the Test Team, and responsibility for ensuring the consistency and quality of delivery of the team across System, Functional, Regression and Business Acceptance test phases
Manage test execution across project streams for multiple test cycles and phases.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience as a Test Lead involving complex integration projects preferably within the financial sector
5+ years experience Testing within software development projects at a Senior level
Strong leadership skills and communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation
Experience in developing Test Strategies, Test Plans, and other related test documentation
Extensive experience across multiple software development methodologies and the SDLC
Experience using SQL
Experience planning, managing and coordinating business UAT
Ability to work to clearly defined and structured plans, or plan and organise own workload, to achieve tight deadlines.
SALARY:Up to $850 per day including super
